Where it began
Cheeses of Muswell Hill, London N10
My family's shop is seven metres long and two metres wide. After hours, six guests pull up stools at the counter and taste straight from the cabinet I stock every day.
After closing, the doors lock and the cheese counter becomes the table. A handful of guests, cheese cut straight from the cabinet, and a glass in hand while I talk you through every one.
Six seats in Muswell Hill. Eight at Fortnum & Mason.

The Food Hall, 181 Piccadilly
In 2026 I took Cheese Lates to Fortnum's. Eight guests, locked in after dark downstairs in the Food Hall, the first event Fortnum's had held in that space.

Cheese is culture, not product. The best place to understand that is at the counter, with the person who chose it.
